Amy & Co - Hairdressers Shop Signage

Amy & Co is an award-winning, friendly and modern high street hair and beauty salon based in Swadlincote. They specialise in hair extensions, keratin treatments, cutting, colouring, gel nails, waxing, eyelash extensions and much much more.

As an established brand for hair and beauty, they required a shop front that not only shows off the elegant and modern approach to this salon but also an inviting theme that welcomes people to book in with them. 

When they approached us they were looking to have shop signage that reflected their brand's image, which they portray over social media and online, to high street shoppers and people in the local area that are looking to have their beauty needs to be met. We sat them down and discussed the options for design and colours and after everything was agreed we got to work. 

As you can see by the image we decided to add Acrylic cut-out letting that are in a classy and elegant font type. We did this because we loved how much the letters popped off the background and provided a 3D effect that will get people's attention much quicker than simply using a 2D design for both background and text. 

After we got that measured and cut we worked on the background. This design just holds a dark grey background that provides a striking contrast between the white acrylic letting as well as the white lettering on the background for contact information 
 

To keep in theme with the background we added a white border that runs slightly inset from the edge of the sign to show a clear and concise border to the side to draw attention into the middle. We were very happy with this sign and how it looks due to its contracting effect and sleek modern look with a classy twist. When we showed it off to the client and installed it on-site for them they were also very pleased with the result. 
 

We love supporting local businesses and assisting them with their signage to prompt the brand and services and we feel this one really reflects what we love doing.
